If your promotional material includes such elements or if you are associated with any label that supports this type of content, please do not engage our services.

• Review all provided information.
• Rewrite the press release (if necessary) and create a polished press release page.
• Distribute a press release that incorporates visual elements (band photo, artwork, YouTube thumbnail, or other images), quotes, and links to our media partners.
• Send the promo page to over 2,000 active and opt-in contacts, including print magazines, radio stations, webzines, blogs, Spotify playlists, YouTube channels, Facebook pages, and freelance writers. Our average email open rate ranges from 37% to 75%.
• If you provide us with an AI-generated text that feels artificial, we will rewrite it to enhance its human and media-friendly qualities.
• Respond to all emails related to your campaign (requests, questions, scheduling interviews, and advertising proposals).
• Your press release will receive a public link on our website, our blogs, Rock Era Magazine, and Sistra Magazine.
• A draft will be sent to you for review before distribution, upon request. Distribution begins only after the client’s approval.
• Drafts are typically delivered within 24 hours on weekdays (often much sooner, depending on when we receive your order), unless we inform you of a holiday or out-of-office period in advance.
• The default distribution language is English. In the penultimate field, you may request distribution in additional languages.
• Notifications regarding the results of your campaign will be provided only after the media shares their links with us.
• You may include a request for a final report in your order (delivered after 3–4 weeks), which will include all links, metrics, and other relevant information.

• Send the press release without reviewing all information and making necessary revisions.
• Influence or control the editorial content of magazines, webzines, or other media outlets.
• Include downloadable files, such as MP3 files or Dropbox links. For this service, please utilise our PR Campaign services.
• Provide social media management services.
• Offer free final reports to clients. With the prevalence of social media, bands and labels can easily stay updated and receive real-time notifications from media outlets sharing their stories. Notifications regarding campaign results will be provided only after the media shares their links or prints with us.
• You may request a final report (delivered after 3–4 weeks) that includes all links, metrics, and other relevant information.
• Guarantee media coverage, as the decision to publish rests with each editor.
• Provide refunds unless the service has not been delivered.

• To ensure the campaign's success, please send us high-quality promotional materials (press release, photos, streaming links, etc.).
• Initial media responses typically arrive within 3–7 days after launch.
